Frequently Asked Questions

How long has Neutrino been in directional drilling and construction?

Neutrino Construction is built on three generations of directional drilling and construction experience, with a focus on safety, precision, and local infrastructure work from our Acton base.

What equipment do you operate?

We operate specialized infrastructure equipment including Vermeer directional drills and Vacmasters hydrovac units, plus excavation, aerial access (manlift capability up to 60 feet where site conditions allow), and heavy-lift capabilities for residential and commercial sites.

Is safety a priority on your jobsites?

Yes. Safety is a core value. We train and orient employees, assess site conditions, identify hazards, and coordinate Ontario One Call utility locates before digging or drilling.

Where is Neutrino Construction located?

Our office is at 49 Main St South, Acton, Ontario, L7J 1X3. Crews travel to job sites throughout Halton Region and Wellington County.

Do you serve rural properties on wells and septics?

Yes. Rural and estate properties in places like Nassagaweya, Erin, Rockwood, and Campbellville are a regular part of our work, including long service lines, private wells, and careful digs near septics and conservation constraints.

How are you different from a general excavation contractor?

We combine trenchless HDD, hydrovac soft dig, leak detection, and plumbing infrastructure capability with excavation and heavy lift. That stack lets us sequence locate, expose, install, and restore without handing every specialty step to a different crew.

Can I hire Neutrino only for hydrovac or only for HDD?

Yes. Each service can stand alone or be packaged. Many jobs start with hydrovac daylighting, then HDD or repair, depending on what locates and site conditions show.
